Current services for IQOS ILUMA

IQOS ILUMA is an extension of Philip Morris' smokeless product portfolio. The device series, which is based on induction heating technology and does not require cleaning, is currently not available in Austria.

 

Services for ILUMA users 
 

Although IQOS ILUMA is currently not available in Austria, the following services are available:
 

  • Software update: Regular software updates ensure that your device always functions optimally. Visit the IQOS Boutique or IQOS Partner Stores to update your device to the latest version. Alternatively, you can also update the software of your IQOS ILUMA device conveniently online. You can find more information here. 
     
  • Advanced diagnosis: If you have a problem with your IQOS ILUMA device that cannot be solved by a software update, IQOS experts will help you identify the problem as part of an advanced diagnosis and give you valuable tips on how to solve it.  

If neither the software update nor the advanced diagnosis solves your problem, we recommend that you return to the country in which you purchased your ILUMA device to make use of the support service there. 

 

Registration and device linking: 
 

Our IQOS experts will also be happy to help you register and link your IQOS ILUMA to your IQOS customer profile. By registering your ILUMA device, you benefit from the following, among other things:  
 

  • Exclusive updates – Be the first to know: you will be the first to be informed when we launch IQOS ILUMA on our market.

 

IQOS ILUMA: No cleaning required
 

The IQOS ILUMA range is characterized by its innovative design that requires no cleaning. However, to ensure optimal performance, we recommend that users keep the Type-C charging ports on the device and charging cable free of impurities such as lint, dust, dirt and moisture.


 

Charge IQOS ILUMA
 

  • Full charging time: Approximately 125 minutes.
  • Charging options: Possible with or without holster inserted.
  • Initial charge: Up to 10 minutes after unpacking or after a long period of inactivity.
  • Partial charging: Not necessary, but especially recommended before first use. 
  • Safety: Use only original IQOS charging accessories for safe use.
