*"95% less" means the average reduction in concentrations of a number of harmful substances (excluding nicotine) compared to smoke from a reference cigarette (3R4F). This does not necessarily mean that the health risk is reduced by 95%. IQOS is not risk-free. The tobacco used contains nicotine, which is addictive.
 

In Austria you can currently buy IQOS ORIGINALS DUO device. This device is just like lil SOLID 2.0 a tobacco heater which has the same advantages: unlike cigarettes, the tobacco is only heated and thus produces neither smoke nor ash. You can find more information here.
