The IQOS ORIGINALS DUO kit includes the IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Pocket Charger, the IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder, an IQOS USB C charger including IQOS USB C power supply, the IQOS Dual Cleaning Tool and IQOS cleaning sticks.
 

1. When the device has cooled down, slide the cap upwards and remove it. Insert the rotary brush of the Dual Cleaning Tool into the Holder and turn it gently. 
2. Now insert the tilt brush of the Dual Cleaning Tool into the Holder and move it gently from left to right. Clean your device daily for an optimal tobacco experience. 
3. Use a cleaning stick to clean the inside of the Holder. Be careful not to touch the heating blade. Recommended after the usage of 20 tobacco sticks.

Yes, IQOS ORIGINALS DUO is compatible with IQOS 3 DUO products.

Press and release the Pocket Charger power button to check the charging status. The LEDs on your charger will light up for 3 seconds indicating the charging status: 

• 4 LEDs = more than 75% loaded
• 1 LED = low charge, the device should be charged.

Press and release the Holder power button to check the charging status. The LEDs on your Holder indicate the charging status of the IQOS ORIGINALS DUO Holder:

• 2 LEDs = ready for 2 uses
• 1 LED = ready for 1 use
• No LED = Holder not charged

Your IQOS device is either outside the recommended operating temperature or the battery is low. According to the applicable issue, either let it cool down or insert the Holder into the Pocket Charger and close it until the Holder is fully charged.

If the LEDs on your IQOS Original are flashing red, you need to reset your IQOS device. You reset your device by pressing the Pocket Charger power button until the LEDs go out. Now release it again. All status LEDs will go off, flash twice, and slowly come back on to confirm that the system has been reset. If the LED continues to flash red, please contact Customer Care.
