    Yes, these tobacco sticks are compatible with IQOS ORIGINALS DUO and ONE, as well as IQOS 3 DUO Refreshed. 

    Can I use “Terea”, “Fiit”, “Neo”, “Veo” sticks with my IQOS device?

    No, these sticks are not compatible in size and technology with IQOS ORIGINALS DUO and ONE, as well as IQOS 3 DUO Refreshed. 

    Can I use "Coo”, “Healcier” or “Teeamo” sticks with my IQOS device?

    We do not provide confirmation of compatibility for these products to be used with IQOS devices. Using IQOS devices with non-compatible products may influence the quality of use or have a negative impact on the device.

    What are the differences between IQOS and e-cigarettes?
     

    E-cigarettes are battery-powered devices that work by heating a liquid consumable, called e-liquid, that contain flavorings and most often nicotine. In the case of vapes a distinction is made between the open system, in which the tank is filled with ready-made or self-mixed liquids, and the closed system, in which the liquid is already filled ready for use and can’t be mixed by the consumer. On the other side, heated tobacco devices heat a specially designed tobacco stick”, made of real, pressed tobacco, to precise temperatures, to ensure that the tobacco is not burned. Preventing the tobacco from burning also prevents the creation of smoke, which goes along with ash, or lingering smells.
