Step-by-step instructions for your IQOS cleaning with the IQOS cleaning accessories:
Allow your IQOS device to cool down for 30 seconds. Pull the cap upwards and tap out any loose tobacco.
Insert the rotating head of the cleaning pen without turning it during insertion. Then gently swivel back and forth three times. When removing it, also ensure that it is not rotated during this process. Then gently tap the holder again to remove any residue.
Now use the IQOS cleaning sticks to clean the inside of your IQOS without touching the heating blade.
Clean your device after heating approx. 20 tobacco sticks to maintain the quality of use.
