How to easily clean your IQOS 3 DUO yourself.

For cleaning, you will need the cleaning tool and the cleaning stick, both of which come with your IQOS. The following video shows you how to clean your IQOS device step-by-step.
 

  1. Lift the cap slightly before removing the tobaccao stick. Wait for your IQOS 3 DUO Holder to cool down for 30 seconds before starting the cleaning process. Then slide the cap off.
  2. Tap out any loose tobacco from inside your Holder then insert the IQOS™ Cleaning Tool. Once in, gently twist two or three times before carefully removing it.
  3. After every 20 tobacco sticks you should also use an IQOS™ Cleaning Stick to gently clean the Holder. Be careful when doing this and skip the heating blade.
  4. Last but not least, you should also clean your IQOS™ Cap inside and out.
