In the process, each device passes strict quality tests and is also upgraded with the latest firmware. Afterwards, these devices are available as IQOS 3 DUO Refreshed for your purchase.*

Sustainability concerns all of us. That's why we want to make a small contribution to this with IQOS Refreshed. Within this initiative, used IQOS devices are recycled, thereby extending the life cycle of our products. In this way, we effectively conserve resources and, at the same time, raise awareness for the relevance of sustainability among our customers. By June 2022, we already convinced about 5000 consumers in Austria of the benefits of IQOS 3 DUO Refreshed. In the future, we also plan to further promote sustainability topics and launch new initiatives.
