Tips for the Cold Season

Low temperatures can have a negative effect on the aerosol formation of your IQOS. Keep your device warm and do not leave your IQOS in the cold for long periods. This could reduce the performance of the device. If the LED display flashes red, your device may be too cold. Bring it to room temperature and contact our IQOS experts or visit a service location if problems persist.

Traveling with IQOS

Are you planning to travel over the holidays? Don't forget to pack your IQOS device, charging cable and adapter, a power bank and a protective case so that you're perfectly equipped when you're on the move. Did you know that you can charge and clean your IQOS device free of charge in selected restaurants in Austria? Several federal states also offer special IQOS service points in IQOS Partner Stores so that you can get all-round support for your IQOS device during the holidays.
