Open and continued service!
Store service
The IQOS Partner Stores are open and the team is here to support you. Adults who would otherwise continue to smoke can experience IQOS, test the device, get assistance with a product demonstration, purchase or service their device.
In-store service
The entry inside the store will be guided by the store staff. When visiting, we kindly ask you to follow the social distancing rule and maintain the 2 meter distance.
Hygiene procedures
At the same time, further measures are implemented, that include but are not limited to professional sanitization of the entire store, strict sanitization of devices post use and guided trial and usage of protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, for both our store staff and consumers.
