Where can I find the IQOS device ID?
The IQOS device ID is a combination of 14 numbers and letters and can be found on the bottom of your IQOS Kit box, together with the its scanable code. By using this code, you will register both your IQOS Holder and Pocket Charger at once. In case you don’t have the packaging anymore you can link your IQOS holder and pocket charger seperately, as explained below.
