- Press the button on your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger for four seconds until you see a light. No light? Try charging your IQOS with the IQOS™ Power Adaptor and USB cable.
- Open the Pocket Charger, insert the Holder Pocket Charger, then close the lid. When the small light flashes, your device is charging.
- Take the Holder out of the Pocket Charger then gently insert a tobacco stick into it, being careful not to twist anything.
- Press and hold the Holder button. After one vibration, the holder light will slowly pulse. When the light stops pulsing and stays white, your Holder is ready to use.
- When the light starts to fade, it’s almost time to remove the tobacco stick. When the light turns off, remove the tobacco stick and recharge your Holder to be ready for next time.
- You should charge your Holder after each use. To do this, first remove the tobacco stick by lifting the Cap slightly.
- Insert the Holder into the Pocket Charger and close the Cap. The flashing LED signals the charging process.
- Wait a few minutes for the LED to stop flashing. This signals that your Holder is now ready for use again.
- After consuming up to 20 tobacco sticks, charge your Pocket Charger using the original IQOS™ USB Cable and Power Adaptor at the socket.
- Wait for your Holder to cool down before starting the cleaning process. Then slide the cap off.
- Tap out any loose tobacco from inside your IQOS 2.4 PLUS then insert the IQOS™ Cleaning Tool.
- Once in, gently twist two or three times before carefully removing it.
- After every 20 tobacco sticks you should also use an IQOS™ Cleaning Stick to gently clean the Holder. Be careful when doing this and skip the heating blade.
- Last but not least, you should also clean your IQOS™ Cap inside and out.
