Getting started with your IQOS 3 MULTI
  1. Check that your IQOS 3 MULTI is switched on by pressing and holding the power button for one second. When the LEDs light up, your IQOS is ready to use. If not, press and hold the button for four seconds to activate the IQOS 3 MULTI. Charge the Pocket Charger - if necessary - using the IQOS ™ USB Cable and Power Adaptor.
  2. Slide the closure to the side and carefully insert the tobacco stick with the tobacco side down. Please do not turn the stick back and forth.
  3. Hold down the on/off button until the device vibrates once and a slowly pulsing LED indicates the heating phase.
  4. As soon as your IQOS 3 MULTI vibrates twice and the LED lights up continuously white, you can consume the tobacco stick.
  5. When the LED starts flashing and the device vibrates twice again, your IQOS will soon switch off automatically.
  6. When the LED goes out, slide the cap up and remove the tobacco stick. Your IQOS 3 MULTI is ready for use again. 
Charging your IQOS 3 MULTI
  1. Press the button to check the battery level. The bar light at the bottom will show you how much power your IQOS 3 MULTI has left.
  2. If it's out of charge, plug it into a wall outlet using the IQOS™ USB Cable and Power Adaptor. The bar light will pulse to tell you it's charging. 
  3. When you see the full bar light, your device is ready to use again.
Cleaning your IQOS 3 MULTI
  1. Wait for your IQOS 3 MULTI to cool down before starting the cleaning process. Then slide the cap off.
  2. Tap out any loose tobacco from inside your IQOS 3 MULTI then insert the IQOS™ Cleaning Tool. 
  3. Once in, gently twist two or three times before carefully removing it. 
  4. After every 20 tobacco sticks you should also use an IQOS™ Cleaning Stick to gently clean the Holder. Be careful when doing this and skip the heating blade. 
  5. Last but not least, you should also clean your IQOS™ Cap inside and out.
